In order to work as a locum GP in the UK, you must be registered with the GMC. Additionally, you must have the correct visa, work permit, and Right to work in the UK.
Please note that if you are a Hospital doctor, ANP, or other medical practitioners, there are other regulatory bodies that you need to be registered with (e.g. as an ANP you need to be registered with the NMC).
